The Kaye crucifix
This cross was erected in 1946 by Jules Dumont, a former Tohognois who had vowed to erect several crosses if he recovered his health. The damaged crucifix was repaired voluntarily by villagers in 1997. Many crosses stand in the countryside of Tohogne, placed in these places for various reasons: public devotion, warding off misfortune, thanks for a granted wish, Rogation crosses, memorial crosses…
